MICK® was pleased to take part in the 1st National Congress of MICS (Microbiota International Clinical Society), held in Piacenza, Italy. This inaugural event brought together healthcare professionals, researchers, and biotech innovators to explore how microbiome science can be effectively translated into clinical practice.
Our representative, Giovanni Pacchiana, attended the congress to connect with peers and discuss the integration of omics-based data into diagnostic and therapeutic workflows. Topics included the microbiome’s role in chronic diseases, gut-brain interactions, and the use of microbiota analysis in personalized healthcare.
The congress offered a valuable space for exchanging ideas and reinforcing our commitment to bridging the gap between research and patient-centered solutions.
